yes i have or have had some of these symptoms, yes it is ocd , i think one of the main treatments now is cognitive behavior therapy which works on the basis of letting the thought come in to your mind then not react to it and live with the discomfort that brings for example . if you see something you want to straighten up or check to see if you have done something , ignore that Voice that is urging you to do it then live with the discomfort of not doing it , the more you give in to that Voice the more you will keep doing these things
