Could this be a kidney infection?

or not ... long story short back in October I dealt with a few weeks ordeal of very frequent urination (no pain, no fever, etc.) and the dr ruled it as overactive bladder, was prescribed vesicare and I took it for a good month and was feeling better so I stopped it. Now, 6 months later the frequency has started again ... but this time it's only been 3 days and I am exhausted, my body is aching and I have a slight tightness down there ... and a tiny bit of abdominal/back pain. I'm going to the Urgent Care place at 7:30 but I'm just nervous that if they don't find a kidney or bladder infection what can I do to feel better, I am so tired and so dizzy all day today ...
