I need health advice again. ?

Okay so iv gone to the doctor got tested for STDs and a yeast infection and both tests came out negative but I still have the urge to pee a lot and burning. It was fine until I had sex. I think the sex does it but not sure. Then I also think maybe it's just all in my head. Then another thought is overactive bladder. When I get horn it hurts a little. But I think it's cramping because going to start my period. I feel this will never end. I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm getting tired of dealing with it.
