Is there a disease of an overactive mind?

like my mind is always thinking about if the things on earth are real or not. like i dont think dinasours existed because if they did then the bible wouldnt be real, and i always think of concepts of the world ending, and i always think of different concepts of the world, plus i write lyrics so im always thinking of new ones. I also think about like how people treat others and i constantly look at how other people act to see if they treat people right, and i feel like i was sent here for something and that im special. And im just wondering if there is a disease that causes an overactive mind and if i can go to a doctor and get help for it.
