Can I sure my parents for medical neglect?

You may not remember going to the doctor, but most schools require you to have a physical before entering and your immunizations. Have you asked your parents about going to the doctor? What about other members of your family or neighbors, teachers, etc. Did anyone else notice you had any problems? While your parents are your primary caregivers, they aren't doctors. If your condition wasn't noticeable to anyone else, then it wouldn't have been noticeable to them either. If other people warned them and they did nothing, they they did neglect you.
