Does Nutri-Ox make your hair grow faster?

Last summer I cut my hair short... And It was long. I am starting to regret it because I can't do much with short hair.. I've read some reviews on this shampoo called Nutri-Ox, and some people say it's made their hair grow SUPER fast? If you've had any experience with this shampoo, does it really make it grow fast?
