Overactive bladder syndrome?

I have overactive bladder syndrome and I have previously been on vesicare medication which didn't seem to work so my dose was doubled and that didn't seem to work either. Recently I've been put on detrusitol medication but that doesn't seem to be helping me either. I have a very overactive bladder as in a stressful situation I could need the toilet every five minutes. I have a very important job interview tomorrow and I was wondering if there was anything I could do to stop going to the toilet as often? I'm male and 16 years of age. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
