If I got an android tablet, could I download MS Word/pwr pt so I could type via bluetooth?

In other words, use it like a computer, a Toshiba Thrive, coming out in July, for example. Could I set it up, have MS Word/Power Pt on it, and type using bluetooth just like I would on my computer?
